How many carts/baristas does my event need?
Each cart serves 50 drinks per hour, guaranteed. We often go faster, but 50 is the number we promise because we hit it every time.
Here’s how we quote:
A 2-hour event with 200 guests gets two carts. (2 carts × 50 drinks × 2 hours = 200 drinks)
Working with a tighter budget?
We can send fewer carts. Lines will be longer and not every guest may get a drink, but if that works for you, just let us know.
Expecting a rush?
Some events are busy in bursts, like breaks between conference sessions. Tell us when your peaks are, and we’ll send extra carts so everyone gets served without the wait.
