Inbetween Coffee Company was born when two best friends, Mackenzie and Ashlynn, had one simple dream: start a coffee business together. They enjoy coffee… so sounds pretty simple, right? After graduating from Texas A&M, Mackenzie and Ashlynn found themselves in that confusing part of post-college life, where the "real world" was anything but clear. They spent most of their time sitting in coffee shops wrestling through a whirlwind of emotions and secretly hoping they could skip ahead to the part where everything magically makes sense—spoiler: it doesn’t.  On the search for “what’s next”, this dream they had of starting a business kept popping up, but so many things felt like they stood in the way. Cue Mackenzie’s husband, Andrew. Analytical in nature and might I add, skeptical. He came as a challenger with many questions and pushed for a plan to be made. After many conversations, they all reached an agreement: it was time to start building. The three of them met together weekly, often talking late into the night, brainstorming and planning, to make this dream a reality.

 

This is where Inbetween Coffee Company was born: a space that felt full of possibility. It was never just about coffee (though, let’s be real, that’s what we’re here for). It was about creating an experience where people could embrace the beauty of not having it all figured out—the chaotic, uncertain, yet somehow beautiful moments that make life, well, life. It’s about celebrating the inbetween.
